At Snowears, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn sports apparel and equipment. Whether you need a different size for the slopes or a full refund, our process is designed to get you back to your adventure quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
